Delete your aaspaas Seller account

You can request permanent deletion from the app or by email. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to send an email request.

In the seller app

1. Open aaspaas Seller and sign in.
2. Open More, then Settings, then Delete my account.
3. Choose permanent deletion and follow the confirmation steps. Choosing a temporary hold does not delete your account.

Request deletion by email

Email aaspaas.ads99@gmail.com with the subject aaspaas Seller account deletion. Include your registered mobile number and shop name so we can identify the account. Do not send a password or OTP.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. The request is reviewed through the account-deletion process; sending an email does not immediately erase your account.

Account data and retained records

The request covers your seller account and associated personal and shop data. Information needed for completed transactions, complaints, fraud prevention, security, plan accounting, tax or legal claims may be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes. Other information is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated as described in the seller privacy policy.
