1. Scope

This Policy explains how aaspaas handles seller and business information when you register, manage a shop, publish products, use plans and credits, receive orders or messages, or contact support.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the application, we collect:

• owner and account details, including name, mobile number, alternate number, email address, account identifier, profile information, and login and OTP records;
• business and verification details, including business name, licences, tax information where required, customer-care details, permitted categories, and verification records;
• active shop details, including its address, city, postal code, geographic coordinates, and service area;
• product descriptions, attributes, prices, stock status, images, videos, publication records, plans, credits, orders, returns, complaints, and support messages; and
• technical and security information, such as IP address, device and application details, network and diagnostic records, audit records, and activity needed to prevent fraud.

3. How we collect information

You provide information during registration, verification, shop setup, product management, transactions, and support conversations. The application receives location information when you grant device permission or set the shop's location. Our systems generate technical, transaction, and security records when the application connects to the service. Customers, other service participants, and administrators may provide information relevant to orders, ratings, reports, or complaints.

4. Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate and secure your account, verify business eligibility and ownership, operate your shop and product tools, show listings to nearby customers, apply plans and credits, process orders, send service messages and notifications, handle complaints, prevent fraud, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.

5. Public display and sharing

Customers may see business information needed to evaluate a listing or transaction, including the business name, shop location or address, customer-care details, ratings, product content, policies, and legally required seller disclosures.

We share necessary information with customers involved in a transaction; approved delivery or payment participants where applicable; providers that operate hosting, messaging, maps, media, security, diagnostics, or support services for aaspaas; professional advisers or a business successor under appropriate safeguards; and authorities, regulators, or courts where lawfully required. Customer information received through the service must not be reused for an unrelated purpose.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update supported profile, shop, and product information in the application and control optional device permissions in device settings. Subject to applicable law, an eligible individual may request information about processing, access a summary of personal data, correct or complete inaccurate information, request deletion where permitted, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, raise a grievance, and nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Records needed for completed transactions, complaints, security, fraud prevention, plan accounting, tax, or legal claims may be retained.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for account and marketplace operation, active listings, transactions, complaints, plan and credit accounting, fraud prevention, tax and legal duties, or establishment and defence of claims. Applicable operational retention rules govern messages and notifications. After that, information is deleted, anonymised, or securely isolated unless continued retention is legally required.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, authentication, audit records, ownership checks, and protected transport where configured. Please protect your device and account access and report suspected unauthorised activity through the official support channel. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and any notice or consent required by law.

To request deletion, open Settings > Delete my account in aaspaas Seller and choose permanent deletion, or email the privacy contact with the subject "aaspaas Seller account deletion" and your registered mobile number. Do not send an OTP or password. We may verify account ownership before processing a request. A temporary hold is not account deletion. Records retained for the purposes in section 7 remain subject to this Policy.
